Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Absolutely horrible experience. Frame was broken upon arrival and smashed. Home bello has the worst customer service I've ever had. No apology from them or "I'm sorry for your hassle"~ they told me "send it back if you want a refund." That is all. Good luck staying in business when you don't care about your customers. Now I'm stuck with a $40 + frame that is broken. Why would I have to pay money for your mistake? And ship it back out of my own pocket? Truly not a caring company. All about the $$$, and really not good products. Will never shop with you again. Buyer beware. Resolution Sought Refund
