Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Her prices are good. She is down to earth and understanding and she cares about her customers.

She helps me whenever I need anything and either her or her team is always available by phone and email. Her team is awesome and they respond quickly. They will call me if I forget to sign something, or if they need me to get them something for a deadline. I forget things like credit card statements and they will kindly remind me what they need. I have lots of things going on. They will bug me until I get what they need, which I love and appreciate. Chasity's quality of work is top notch. She stays ahead of the game and is the only CPA I have ever had. I have been using her for 3-4 years. She was recommended to me by a friend. Her prices are good. She is down to earth and understanding and she cares about her customers.
