Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They are actually really great.

I have used Hospitality Resource Center for almost two years. To be honest they are a really good company. They respond quickly and act fast when I have any questions or concerns. I have already referred them to other small business for payroll services and would keep recommending them.
