Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. they don't care if we have a complaint or not if we didn't like the way they were treating us we can go somewhere else.

Me and my boyfriend went in on Saturday to buy stuff and the girl at the cash register I think her name was Megan was super rude to us. It looked like she didn't want to be there and the other girl name Halee was just complaining about her love life not doing anything. When my boyfriend went up to ask her a question about a product she swatted him away like she didn't want to listen to him. Then I asked for help and it seemed like we bothering them we both asked for a Manager and they ask there's no Manager there on the weekends that they don't care if we have a complaint or not if we didn't like the way they were treating us we can go somewhere else.
