After all infos for approx 15 minutes she said - He doesn't take new patients over 50!!

September 1, Through a friends recommendation I called Dr. Lappe"s office at Methodist Hospital The woodlands for an appointment because I hurt my knee during my hiking trip in Switzerland. I gave all my medical and insurance info to the receptionist at Methodist hospital The Woodlands. After all infos for approx 15 minutes she said - He doesn't take new patients over 50!!! I was shocked. I tried to make another appointment per online September 10 filling out all paper work because I thought this was a misunderstanding. Hi Beatrice! Thanks for scheduling with Marc Labbe at Houston Methodist . Your appointment with Marc Labbe is on Monday September 12th 2022 at 2:00pm at 17183 I-45 South Suite 210, THE WOODLANDS, TX. Hello Beatrice, appointment with Dr. Marc Labbe on 9/12/2022 will need to be cancelled, he no longer see new patients for knee pain, please call office at 936-321-8000 to reschedule with another provider in office. I'm a Methodist patient and never experience treatment like that.
