Customer Complaint


Paid the locksmith technician $250 for the key to my car and he handed my key but the key didn't turn on my car. The technician told me he didn't know & left. I called the company to complain that it wasn't the right key. My key needs a chip on the side because it is anti-theft & the company knew exactly what I was talking about & sent the technician back to my house the next day (today) & said it will be free of charge because I had already paid for my key. The technician came with the right key & turned on my car but didn't hand me my key. He said he will not hand me the key for free & asked for $170. I told him it's free of charge because i already paid 250 for the wrong key but he got in his car & left. I then called the company again but they no longer wanted to help or assist me & they hung up the phone. I paid them $250 & did not get the key to my car. Resolution Sought Refund my $250
