I feel they were rude when telling us and I don't feel that it is good customer service for them to do what they did

So I went to the movies for the 910 show on Tuesday June 8,2021 shortly after the movie started my daughter and I went buy a drink and we were told that the stand was closed and it was because of coivd that they don't keep it open after the movie starts. First of all they should have told us that when we bought our tickets and second of all how can they expect us to eat their salty popcorn etc and not need to purchase a drink. I feel they were rude when telling us and I don't feel that it is good customer service for them to do what they did. Have friendly staff and keep the snack stand open while people are there because even buying one drink and eating the popcorn is a lot to ask
