While she didn't have the car we wanted, she told us that her Brother was the Auction guy and he could get what we wanted, no problem. We drove an hour out of the way, through a terrible storm we didn't know was there. Had to pull off the road and everything. Only to get there and she is off, not answering texts, or her phone now. Her brother is not there either even though she made the appointment saying they would be there for us. They have no appointment for us, even though she checked 3 times if we were coming. No one was expecting us or knew who we were. We left immediately. We came to buy a car, now writing reviews while we drive another hour in the rain to get home. For them to fire her, or put her through some ethics training. She's why there is a bad stigma against sales people. This was completely unacceptable. I would lose my license or at least have to pay a fine if I did something like that in my field.
