Cancelled contract per requirement less than 5 daays, and will not return money. Resolution Sought Return the money owed me $6000.00.

I signed a contract with them in March 2021 and the agreement was to get the city permit in 3 months. I paid them the amount but they did not pay the Civil engineer who was working on the blue print. The checks are still bouncing. This week I got the permit but when my contractor checked it is missing lots of things I asked them to do. I paid the city fees to pull the permit. Now I have to resubmit. Lost one year and lots of money on rental property as well. Resolution Sought Give back the money. They cause too much damage. I thought I could start my project in Oct and did not rent my rental home for 4months loosing around 160000.
