The training is useless, they do not prepare you for most issues that actually occur in production

The training is useless, they do not prepare you for most issues that actually occur in production and the "training rooms" do not have AC. There was an incident during training that caused the group I was hired and training with to lose hours due to the trainer not being properly trained. The company also over-filled the training room, I could not turn around in my chair without hitting both my neighbors. Many of the machines do not function properly and I suffered a good number of lost hours due to this as it could take 30 to 45 minutes just to log in for work. No body was warned about or compensated for the issue. I am unable to prove my lost hours due to their clock in and out system not functioning and they would just adjust the hours to what seemed right. The phone system is blatantly failing and would constantly log me out, I reported it to my manager and they did nothing. I lost hours due to this. The production floor is a mess, several times I was left with no answer for the customer due to incompetence within the management and trainers. The entire operation is a mess. Overall this company treats employees terribly, it treats customers terribly, and there is no real system of organization within their training program.
I don't want anything except for people to know how terrible my experience here was. I expect the company to focus more on effectively training employees instead of trying to hire a large group of employees that will have no idea what they are doing. I expect the manager level employees to be given the knowledge they need to properly assist with issues. I also expect the company to focus on removing or marking failing equipment so that employees do not try to use it and waste time.
