I sent 2 different care packages on dec20th and paid an extra $19,97 for my son to get it the next day. I spoke with him on Friday Dec 22nd and he had received nothing. He is incarcerated at Collin county minimum detention center. I paid by cash app and since transaction shows completed there is nothing they can do. I would need to reach out to the bogus company. I absolutely hate scammers and hate is a very sad strong word.Here is the supposedly conf# 8UDOKMUXL. Order # CC36645. On another email the letters drop off. It's 36645. Thank you Resolution Sought Refund my $89.97 ASAP so that I can use the Collin county link to order the packages and know my son receives them.

Aramark does not offer Cash App as a payment option on its official website, and thus, Aramark did not execute the Cash App transaction described by Ms. Fields in the complaint. It is possible that the transaction was performed through a fraudulent e-commerce website, and we encourage Ms. Clark to submit an inquiry to her bank to resolve any additional concerns. I asked for a refund or credit for cancelled order due to inmate transfer I care did a refund on one item but not this one why ? A president was set when you refunded the other order I would gladly accept a credit as I have and continue to place orders with you please look at my account you will see I'm a good customer to have I'm really offended that I was not given consideration due to the transfer which we have no control whatsoever over. It seems unreasonable to not accommodate a good customer. Customer service was NOT helpful. Resolution Sought A credit for my next order or a refund please.
