Lots of spam emails and impossible to unsubscribe

I signed up for some email alerts and they were not well targeted to my profile - wanted to unsubscribe but its impossible and the mails keep coming in. There is no email address for contact.

I can't see it until to pay it and asked my credit card. Their services either to change your resume first in order to see it or other services

I got laid off from job in Accounting in California two weeks ago. I am looking for a job as Accounts Payable just closer to my place. I found one that in French Camp today 6/2/2018 but I am opening it. I can't see it until to pay it and asked my credit card. Their services either to change your resume first in order to see it or other services. I am looking because I don't have money yet and sometimes they advertise the job and it is taken already. I hope for those in authority to correct this kind of Company will be corrected. Thank you for reading this and I will definitely share this to the social media. Please take action ok. If they are advertising a job with their website that are not suppose to charge us because we are looking yet to make money. That's their company who am I to tell them that is their scams.
