Beware of this company

Blake, I have been working with David C on a business equipment loan since January 19, 2016. My experience with David and others in your company has been horrible. I was told on Friday that my clients secured equipment loan was approved for the full amount requested. I left several phone messages this morning, January 25, 2016 to ask when my client would receive the check. I received no return calls using my office number. I then used a different phone to try again and David answered the call and was surprised it was me. The follow-up and information received from David and your team has been incorrect, misleading, inaccurate and amazingly unprofessional. I tried to call you, Blake, to voice my concern and got a return call from Alex. Like David he gave me incorrect information about the loan application and then said he would transfer me to someone to discuss my concerns. After being on hold for a few minutes Alex came back on line and said the only way is through and email. Really no person within your organization is able to handle a call. I would like to talk to a person who is accountable and has the authority to make decisions. John

"Activate Your Card Now!" advertisement response

The first thing you read on the letter...it looks nearly identical to information one would receive from a company sending you a new card on an existing account (card number, available credit, new balance, activation code and new card with sticker on top half saying to "call now to activate"). This is done to get you to call the company or go online to establish a new loan with them. Read it carefully. This is an unsolicited offer to establish a loan with IMCA capital. I am not a customer or client nor do I wish to be. I do not know anything about this company nor will I make any disparaging comments about it. I have not applied for a loan nor am I considering it. However, I don't appreciate this type of advertising and I'm positive that the vast majority of people do not, either.
