I have used her for many years and I don't know anybody that perfect or great. She is at an attorney level.

I have used her for many years and I don't know anybody that perfect or great. She is really good at what she does. She knows what she is doing 90%-95% of her clients are very satisfied with her work. She is thorough which makes her a cut above the rest. She does not leave you hanging for days on end. You get your money's worth because Kandy is not a fly by not service person. She will stick with you from beginning to end and furthermore. I have had difficult financial situations and she works with you. I am in the construction industry, and it is good to know she is willing to help people and that is the good nature side of her. Everyone gets a fair shake and she does not harbor bad feeling for other people. Kandy is all around good hear ted people. In my life experience, it's hard to find people like her. She is knowledgeable in her career and her job and I feel like she is at an attorney level.

I love her! We have used her twice and are a returning customer. Kandy did not make us feel like we were another file. When you go to some offices they take your money and get back to you when they can. She checked on us daily and did not just make a couple of calls here and there. She was there for us and really followed though. I never felt like I was chasing her down, she was there for us! I totally love her! Anyone who has a landlord or eviction problems, needs to call Kandy. She is wonderful. I have recommended her to my cousin.
