Poor customer service!!
Honestly it's not about the money. They hire anyone and when their employers make errors their policy doesn't allow them to correct the issue. They offer a refund and then you are recharged the taxes and other fees for errors on their end. I currently don't have a vehicle so for large groceries orders I use instacart and this is not the first time I've had missing and incorrect items. They need to set better polices in place that are more suitable for customers especially when the error is on them and the employees they hire. If you call and complain you are placed on very long holds. Do better please.

Shut them down. They should not have unauthorized access to people's bank accounts.
This is a grocery delivery service that goes through an app for your phone. I used this service like once over a year ago, and I was charged for the yearly membership— I have not used the service at all since I last used it, & I certainly did not agree to any subscription. If you Google and review their reviews on the app for iPhone, this is a common occurrence. They are charging the Apple IDs of people who do not even download or sign up. They refunded me, but I am still reporting them because of the sheer audacity and criminal activity of this application. They should be thoroughly investigated. It would be one thing if it was a weird goof. But as I previously stated, this is a common issue of them charging people the yearly subscription without their knowledge, permission, or prior notice. Shut these criminals down.
