Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Quick Follow-Up!

Instant Capital were good. I dealt with Paul. He is very efficient. This is the second time I have used him and he is accessible, follows up quickly when you have a question. He never made me feel like I was left hanging. The loan closed within a few days of the estimated time. I already recommended him to my parents and co-worker. 5 Star Rating!
