Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Problems with my kitchen flooring

In January 2018 I moved into a new house that I had build, Interior Concepts was commissioned to install flooring, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, everything was especially done well but in late February I noticed the kitchen flooring started to bubbling up I notified interior concepts of this problem and they promptly sent out some to inspect the flooring who decided that it was a manufacture problem and that they wanted the manufacture to pay for repairs but if they wouldn’t after a reasonable amount of time they would come in at their own expense an repair my flooring which what they did
