extra fees, lies!
Terrible customer service, extra fees, lies! Close company!

This company sent me a defective unit.
This company sent me a defective unit. Their customer service is non existent, they didn't assist the shop who installed the unit, I was supposed to get my license back two weeks ago. My kids are 4 and 6 and I haven't been able to see them since February, and told them I would two weeks ago. They also sent me an official dmv form filled out with "NO PLATE" where my license plate number should be. So after a week and a half trying to get ahold of them to fix their problem, I found out I still couldn't get license because of them. They said they would expedite a replacement form and I'd have it by Thursday. I still don't have it. Now I'm broke, they charged me for their services, now I can't afford the dmv fees because of them. I'd be able to see my kids and make money. My stress has led me to near heart attack and stroke. I'm seeking serious compensation for punitive damages. Again, I've never wanted to sue anyone in my life. I'm peaceful and loving. I'm a songwriter, I do fire clearing, I help people. This company has take. Ten years off my life. They continue to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. They've had me on hold three times today and hung up on me after half an hour each time. They don't respond to emails. Please help to eliminate this awful blood sucking company. I'm getting my lawyers together, we are going to sink this company.
