Wonderful fitness program and trainer services

Their Personal Fitness Program is excellent. My trainer is different than others. He is very sensitive to my needs. The program can be intensive. Although I am pushed to my limit, he is not careless or thoughtless I feel he is more of a friend then a trainer.
