Unreliable

After hiring them we got on their schedule for a month out. I called them the day before they were supposed to come out to confirm. They didn't show up or call. Traffic was the excuse. Re-scheduled for two days later. Same thing. No show, no call. Family emergency. Ok, scheduled one more time, then got a call saying they had double booked and couldn't make it. Enough!

James Cooper, principal, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable!

James Cooper, principal, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable regarding cutting and hauling away the wood from a huge three that fell during recent storms. His company delivered on services promised and times that they would arrive to do the work. I have another dead tree that a utility company will cut down and this company will be my first choice to again haul the wood.
