Resolved

I would suggest that Jhovannas Hair Salon talk to the patron and make it crystal clear what they will do and the final cost of the service. This would illuminate any miscommunication from the patron and the salon. It is unfortunate that I had to seek help in getting a refund, but through this experience I’m sure we both learned a valuable lesson. Communication is key and must be stated the exact amount that will be charged in the end.
