The driver should be fires

A driver for this company picked my fiancé up from the hospital to bring her home. He deliberately took a longer route to overcharge us. The mileage from the hospital to my house is 3.5 miles. The rates for the company are $2.50 per mile(.25¢ per 1/10 mile) with a $2.50 flag/drop fee. 3.5x2.5+3.5=$11.25.
