Get better employees they are rude and lazy thank you

We are small town and we need a gas station that stays open later than 12 a.m. well they says they close at 12 a.m. but they start close at 11:30 p.m. I work night shift I don't get off work till like 11:45 and I the gas and milk after I get off but it's not closing at 11:30 when it says 12 a.m. please go back to staying open 24/7 also get better employees they are rude and lazy thank you
