They need better customer service. Treat customers with respect and if there's a problem apologies are enquired.
I went to business to get a pedicure and nails re done. I had ANC removal and while soaking. While soak of nails I went to get my pedicure. Employee ANA was extremely rough while doing my feet. I have psoriasis so my nails are very sensitive. I told her three times she was being rough with me. I asked her to not be so rough and explained my condition. I then told her that she didn't have to do my nails. Someone else should have done them instead. She spoke to the person in charge (Korean language). I asked if someone else was going to do my nails because I still had aluminum foil and gloves on from soaking off ANC. After sitting there for ten minutes watching three other people sitting in chair for service. I left the business. I feel very disrespected for them to handle me that way. I work for postal service in that area and deliver mail to the business as we. Not pleased with there service.
