Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. DO NOT BUY FROM JUST CHOU

do not buy from this place. They take your money & when you don't receive anything, they tell you it's due to covid. There is a phone number to call (201-904-3087) & they just send you to an answering machine to leave a message that they will never listen to. Praying nobody else gets scammed by this company. Their email back to me after 3 months of getting no items ordered or a refund..... Hello Jaime-lyn, We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience that you still have not received the items you have ordered, Some items may take longer especially if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners' locations.
