Worst travel agency EVER

My wife and I had booked airfare to Switzerland and Italy that was cancelled due to COVID. I researched time, lay over and price to get the best avasilsble tickets. Justfly issued me credit and charged me for rebooking. It was IMPOSSIBLE to find the same price as my original tickets and I had to book to the same destination and departure. Not to mention the travel restricions to Switzerland. I had to book by 12-31-2020 or lose my credit. I was NOT going to give Justfly more money, I called them several times and the customers service SUCKED. Needless to say I am out $1,110.37 USD. Have filed with the BBB and US Government.

Justfly is a scam

My wife and I booked 2 tickets to the UK towards the end of 2019, maybe the start of 2020 (To travel March of 2020). With everything going around with the pandemic, we asked for a refund which they denied and gave us credits to use by the end of 2020 (We called their lines for weeks and only got through to a live person once). UK was ground zero for the new strain - and so between strains we never had the chance to travel. We tried to get the credits extended, and even tried going through the Better Business Bureau to no avail - thats 1500 downs the drain. Justfly.com is a joke, they encourage travel during a pandemic.
