Bad service

Terrible finance company never updates billing. Overcharges you for late fees, my contract states payments were due 18th of of oth for ver a year they refuse to correct the date from 8th to 18th creating unecessary late charges to my balance it took the over a year to correct and did not give credit. Customer service is very unprofessional. Please do not patronize with them you will be sorry
