Consumer states; I write to file a formal complaint against the above company. I placed an order in December 2023 (4th Quarter) for the following item- Heinz Sweet Relish #80010220. There was No Substitute item for this product. Instead, I received - Heinz Dill Relish, which is Not listed in the Catalog. I have written 2 letters with no reply. Resolution Sought Consumer states; All I want is to return the unwanted item and refund issued. Please help me if you can.

Please ask Keefe to send you the following: (1) Copy of handwritten 4th Qrt. Form; (2) Invoice #22651129; (3) Copy of catalog effective July 1, 2023. The item was ordered during the 4th Qtr. (Oct-Dec 2023) from pg. #146. The item I received is in the catalog effective January 1, 2024. It is also on pg. #146. FACTS: -Package ordered during 4th Qtr (Oct-Dec 2023) -Item in question on Pg. #146 -Item in question had no SUBSTITUTE! -Item received in 1st Qtr. Catalog (Jan-Mar 2024) Pg #14 -Keefe engaged in FALSE ADVERTIZSING -Keefe assigned the exact same item # & Pg. # to both relishs in 2 different catalogs. I went online to put some money on an inmates account. When I chose the inmate's name apparently another inmate's name popped up before hers and the money went into their account instead of the inmate I asked it to go to. I immediately knew that I had done this and within seconds called Access corrections in order to reallocate the money to the correct account. I was informed there is a new refund policy at which time I stated I don't want to refund I simply want the money allocated to the correct account. After many hours and speaking to several different supposedly supervisors I get again was told there was no way to fix this. So now my inmate does not get the money some other person does that I don't even know and I have to figure out how I'm going to come up with more money to put on my inmates accounts. It seems to me this would be a simple fix as the bank has not drafted the money until after midnight tonight and I've been dealing with this since 5:00 this afternoon. I would like to file a complaint against this business for bad business practices in that their website tricked me by throwing another name up at the very last second and then telling me too bad there's nothing that can be done. Resolution Sought At this point I would like the money to go to the correct inmate Jessica Garcia at Polk county Jail in Bartow Florida but I doubt that's going to happen tonight so hereafter I would like the money to be returned to me since I'm going to have to find another way to send her money tonight.

Our records indicate the transaction you placed online contained the selection of the incorrect recipient, Andres Garcia, who shares the same last name as Jessica. The funds were applied to his account within minutes and once funds are applied, we no longer have access to reverse the funds and unable to refund your transaction. They were also able to transfer the funds to Jessica's account.
