Bought a knife set and never received it.

I bought ( or thought I had ) a knife set from this business and have never received it. I tried contacting this business but no response through email or phone calls. I keep filling complaints and the company (or the person that took my money ) says it should have shipped and will take care of it but never does. I'm beginning to think this is not a business at all but just a scam. They took my money and that's it. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this company and the whole process of filing complaints and nothing getting done. I wish someone could please help me get the product I bought. Finally received my knife today 10-22-2020 it is an awesome knife set and is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to the person in the company that followed up on my order.
