I ordered a headlight for my car from these people. They shipped it to our mailing address instead of the shipping address in DeLand FL where we are now as I instructed. When I got an email that it had been delivered and it wasn't I'm Florida l called our neighbor and had her pick it up. As it had been exposed to snow I contacted Kentech for refund information and got a ID number to return it with. She sent it back without opening. They emailed a picture of the open box filled with papers only. There had been no headlight in it from the start. They accused me as trying to scam them and refused to refund my payment. I contacted Bank of America s fraud division and gave them the information and canceled the card for new one. They are a scam. Resolution Sought Credit my account and apologize for accusing for a bait and switch.

Purchased a HID headlight kit with 55 watt ballast. One pair bulbs with two extra, relay harness, Error warning cancellers, Lifetime warranty. After receiving the product in a very poor packaging and attempted to install the product come to find out the product lights are not working properly, after numerous attempts I found that this product is possibly for a different make and model vehicle. I ordered for a 2003 Mazda mpv, after trying to contact there customer service I keep getting a automated message stating they will get back to me 1-2 business days after numerous attempts I finally get a message stating I would need a PayPal account number for purchase review of the product, but I never used PayPal I told them I used a bank card I haven't heard back from them since that message, they took my payment on November 11 2021, I have since read numerous complaints online in a very similar way of customers not receiving proper parts, damaged parts and the packages packed very poorly, I have read reviews giving them only 1 star rating out of 5 , I have come to the conclusion that there customer service agents are avoiding me entirely. Thank you Resolution Sought At this point I would desire a full refund. I have requested a RMA # for returning merchandise. But, haven't received anything yet.
