Worst Customer Service Experience
The sunroof in my 2015 Sorento exploded due to a design defect. Alex Villalpando is the representative that was assigned to resolve my claim. He called back once and said he would get back with a resolution. Neither my local dealer or myself has heard from him. After several calls and leaving a message, still no return call. Last time I will purchase a KIA.

Uncomfortable passenger seat!
I love my 2017 Kia Sorento just went out and had to sit in the front passenger. It was the worst trip the passenger seat is so low and uncomfortable. The SUV has a lot room, but that seat is bad and so uncomfortable they need to fix that problem cuz that's bad! They don't need to make the seats that low. It should be a recall!
