Recall these walkers IMMEDIATELY

This is a john Deere's baby walker made by bright star. My grandson Jack Thomas is 7 months old and was playing in his walker last nite biting on the steering wheel of walker and got his tooth hung on bottom of steering wheel and pulled back and it pulled his little tooth out. This steering wheel is VERY UNSAFE...Parents need to be warned about it IMMEDIATELY before it happens again. This is a hazard waiting to happen again......
