needs to be taken down off of Google's website he scamming people.

This guy does not own a business license I ask him several of times can I see paper work because he is finding tires out of pep boys trash and charging people for them. He charges hundreds of dollars and he end up giving me a bad tire he will not refund me my money. He blocked me on Google which says he has a business I can't believe this.
