Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Not as easy as you might think! Reconsider and buy another franchise

I bought a territory late Oct 2015 but did not get started with the business until Feb 2016 at which time they sent out a sales and marketing trainer. I was told that the trainer would secure at least one restaurant with several businesses. After a solid week the trainer was unable to do this. The trainer was aware how difficult it was to sign up any business in the area. It was one of my concerns before buying into the franchise. We drove miles upon miles and small town after small town in a 5 day period attempting to get anyone to sign up with us. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE! Now training is strictly via YouTube videos. Be careful reading the contract. If you do not sign up a restaurant every single month then they will take back your territory and you are out lots of money - there is no reimbursement. Minimal support from the company
