I thought they were very professional and knowledgeable, and they made the exact ring I wanted and they made it very quick. Ophelia knows how to deal very professionally with clients. She was very clear with all information given and she followed up every step of the process. I'm very happy with the results. And my fiancée was very happy as well. The end product looks amazing. Their service was thorough and prompt. Ophelia is such a sweetheart and so patient. Many times I was very indecisive and she always gave me her honest opinion. There were a few times where she worked things out for me to get my rings at last minute notice, when stones had fallen out and by my wedding date. I will definitely purchase from them again and would definitely recommend them to others. They definitely have high quality cz. Nobody knows when they saw my rings.
