i just do not want him to be the nurse covering my room

My complaint is with the staff 1 nurse specifically not sure what his name is it started with dinner which consisted of 4 cheese raviollies some nasty vegetables a bread stick a carton of milk and an orange juice hardly enough to be called dinner when I asked to get something to eat he made the comment I can give you Graham crackers ,I was taken back by the lack of any care and as if it were an inconvenience to get me something to eat I have been here several times including over a 2 month stay which I was released the beginning of August he finally comes back with a turkey sandwich no Mayo or anything with being treated as less than human I was/am about to walk out and come back in the morning this nurse has no bedside manner and I do not want him covering my room at all as stated in beginning unsure of name but I am in room 7B 124 Monday 8/15/22 I'm sure a record is kept to be able to identify this individual i have not had someone from nursing staff treat me this way in fact quite the opposite I have always been treated by staff that treated me like part of their family again with that being said if this nurse is covering my room again I will walk out I am still hungry this is unacceptable. I believe I stated a reasonable solution in previous answer box i just do not want him to be the nurse covering my room i do plan to ask again for something to eat if treated the same I will leave the hospital until morning also I do have pics of what was served for dinner if needed.

The staff here is obviously not doing their job and they are turning people away.

My appointment was at 2 and I arrived at 2. Wasn't checked in until 2:30 and then I was told that I would not be able to be seen and was instead offered and appt. for the next day. The staff here is obviously not doing their job and they are turning people away. The staff at the front desk were blaming each other saying that one of the other staff wasn't checking ppl in and saying that they don't usually work the front. That is very unprofessional. People take time out of their day to see a Dr. Get more staff that knows how to do their job. This is about peoples health. A patient before me had an appt at 1:45 and was here at 2. He was lot more than 15 minutes late and was told he could not be seen. The front desk staff ended up checking another patient who's appointment was at 2:20. They need to prioritize better and take their job seriously. If I could I wouldn't add any stars. So much incompetence in a health care setting it's actually quite sad.
