They are ripping people off because they have a monopoly on water.

I lost my job to covid 19 my water was disconnected for failure to pay the previous no the bill. They are charging me a 50 new membership fee, a 200.00 deposit. They just kept my first one. 50 reconnect fee and a 50 dollar nonpayment disconnect fee. All during a time when unemployment is high. And quite often we have to boil our water because of one reason or another. All this and were not allowed to drill a private well a law they pushed passed Stop ripping people off because you have a monopoly on water
