Wonderful store the owner is very professional and knowledgeable I will only shop there for my hair care needs.

I went in one day to get some things for my daughter and myself and I found everything I needed and it was a plus to know that it is a black-owned business in my area I really appreciate that. The owner was there to assist me when I went in the second time and she was so pleasant I will continue to support this business.

I would like her to stay open, but stop offering services performed by unlicensed employees. It's not safe and people have been complaining.

I went to visit the new local beauty supply store for everyday products. The owner, Kayla told me they offered hair styling services as well. I was surprised because there weren't any sinks or official working areas for hot curlers or irons. I wanted to support the business so I sent my niece to get her hair braided. Afterward we discovered that all of the braiders who work there aren't cosmetologists and none of them have formal training. They also cut style and do sew ins there. Kayla also offers eyelash extensions in the same room, which is unsafe and her lash tech isn't an esthetician or cos licensed either. I'm concerned for the community and her as a new business over. She's offering illegal and unsanitary services in her store. My nieces hair has fallen out since her visit and I'm convinced it's because the people who work there aren't formally trained.
