Never do business with this company
Tried getting phone back after a real lowball offer less that $300 than what was quoted. Tried calling over and over and waited on hold to be told how buns they were and purchasing was only dept. that could return phone. I sent numerous emails canceling order and asking for phone back needless to say I waited over a week for a response. Then I get email they are sending me a payment!! Why? I cancelled order. Terrible company that misrepresents what they are really about, stealing your items.

Complainants allege the company fails to honor quotes for electronic devices and does not return devices as represented. Specifically consumers allege they receive quotes for devices they wish to send in to the company for recycling. After sending in devices they receive checks or deposits that are considerably lower than quoted. While the company's website terms and conditions say consumers will be given 5 days to accept or reject a lower priced offer many complainants dispute this claim stating they never receive any notification from the company. In other instances complainants allege when they reject lower price offers and request their devices and/or accessories back their requests are denied.
