Informed LBC regarding their poor services.

I would like to file a complaint regarding how inconsiderate and poor services the a staff of LBC here is San Diego. I have an appointment today for them to pick up Cargo boxes , they made me wait from 9AM to 6PM . No one showed up or at least to call me regarding what happened. This is the second time LBC Cargo shipment did this to me.
