Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have excellent credit and they denied me for a credit loan of $5,000. They said that my debit to income ratio was too high in which is inadequate information. I believe that they are racist. Nothing! I am just very unhappy with their customer service.
