Customer Complaint


I just placed an order today I have more then 6 months of positive paying history. Yet I waited until July to place another order, yet my order was cancelled. I have sent in all the requested documentation Leaseville has asked for. Leaseville, is by far the most unreasonable company I have ever worked with. This is ridiculous! This company acts like everything is normal right now when we actually have a major pandemic right now the first in 100 years. I know my bank history is not perfect however, who does right now by any means but does prove our income is adequate enough to qualify for a new lease Today, I have spoken with a company representative named Scott, in chat to send in 60 days of bank statements to that end. This should not have happened this totally unacceptable! I have repeatedly asked them to fix this I am seriously beginning to regret ordering from your company to begin with if this is how your company treats their valued customers! Resolution Sought Get my lease approved.

Customer Complaint


So over ninety days ago, I was approved and ready to sign my lease agreement. I initially seen that they did not give my discount for back to school sale. I called them and they said they would fix it. Was ready to sign my lease but was unable to sign it because their site Leaseville no crashed. They told me they did not know when it was going to get back up but to re-order and that since I have already gone through the verification process that the would slide it through so I can sign my lease agreement. I got a email saying they need more information, I told them I don't understand they already have it. I was told that if I wanted to continued that I need to submit it to the verification team. I told them I was told that I didn't need to go through it again since I already did. They told me had to do it. So I did it to get told that they can't verify my bank information after I gave them statements. They told me I can apply for 90 days. I applied on Thursday with banking information submitted on Saturday to get the cancel notice tonight. Resolution Sought I would like them to honor their original approve that they gave me in the first place with the school discount they initially did back in august when I started having issues. I think that at least they could do.

We're very sorry to have received this notice. We do everything possible to get every customer approved but in some cases if customer's do not meet certain requirements, the order would be cancelled. We cannot discuss approval or denial reasons in a public forum but a Manager has reached out to the customer regarding this matter.
