Business Consumer Alliance urges caution. This company offers loans to credit challenged individuals. We were unable to locate a lending license for the company, no record of a fictitious business filing with the San Diego County Recorder, no corporation filing with the CA Secretary of State, and the company appears to have started business in January 2019, according to the private domain registration filing for their website.

Before accepting a loan keep in mind that Legitimate lenders do not guarantee claim that you are likely to get a loan or credit before you apply, especially if you have bad credit, no credit, or a bankruptcy. Many loan offers that claim bad credit is not a problem and loans are guaranteed no matter what your credit score is, are usually scams.

Fees and conditions should be explained clearly and provided in writing before you agree to any loan. Avoid any lender who requires up-front fees to obtain a loan, and do not conduct business with anyone that wants you to pay them using wire transfer services like MoneyGram or Western Union, or make payments with a gift card or reloadable debit card. These are sure scams of a scam.
