My wife and I have a mortgage loan through this company. We had made a partial payment and were then told that we could not do so. We were told that this was a very common mistake and that they would fix the issue and report the issue to the credit reporting agencies. We were further told that the issue would be resolved on our credit within 30 days.
45 days later, not only had the issue not been resolved, but they reported us late to the credit reporting companies again. After 6 phone calls to the company, the problem has not been resolved on their end and we have been told that managers would contact us back and no phone calls would be placed back to us, that we needed to verify the payments which we have done at least once a week since January 4th 2017, and also demanded that we send them proof that our credit was harmed by these reports.
Every time we call, we are given different Explanations as to why the credit hasn't been updated and that there is no record of us calling in previously. Our credit scores have dropped over 120 points in a month and with a companies promise to fix the error and report back to the credit companies is disheartening when they are nothing by words and phrases to get you off of the phone. This is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with and this company cares less about their clients and consumers than anyone or anything else.
