Take better care of the patients that come in for X Rays and I should have been allowed in the room with my 5 year old.

On March 23rd 2022 I took my son Ryder to see Sarah Walker, MD for follow up appointment following his recent diagnosis of Legg Calve Perthes Disease. When my five year old son went in for X Rays I requested to stay in the room wearing a vest as my son does not like to be without me. The technician guided me out the door and said, "no we're good, we'll let you know if we need your help." He proceeded to take several X rays. When I went to his appointment and seen the X Rays I was immediately upset to find that they did not protect his private areas. The metal rings from his shorts show up in the X Ray images and he took an excessive amount of X Rays a total of 6 are in my My Chart. He just needed images of his hips, they also so X Rays of his knees. I'm angry at the unprofessionalism and the fact that my 5 year old son was subjected to so many X Rays in one sitting. The fact that his private parts were not protected is absolutely ridiculous. There were two men technicians in the room that day the radiologist that electronically signed off is Juan Baez. The tech name on the images I had seen say Zalzaleh, Mohammad. I would have informed them of the importance of covering my sons scrotum. Make sure the two technicians that were there and in that room that day understand the importance of protecting the people they take X Rays of and to not take excessive unnecessary images.

Render patients care instead of ignoring my sisters' health issues.

My sister is currently in the ER waiting for an available bed. She is also a diabetic and has not eaten and she has no insulin since the time of her arrival early yesterday afternoon. The ER nurses know that she has not eaten and her sugar level is extremely high. I wish to file a complaint on behave of my sister Render patients care instead of ignoring my sisters' health issues. She is a diabetic at risk by your ER nurses.
