I've been a tenant of yours now for about 6 years. I'll never forget your enthusiasm when I explained my need to find a new place 6 years ago. The first place you showed me was the last and I have been living there since. You've been nothing but accommodating since the day we met. My place had carpeting and I really wanted hardwood floors. Before I had the chance to ask you for new flooring, you beat me to the punch by asking me first. You also decided to give the kitchen a bit of a face lift by replacing the out dated oven and stove as well. I was truly floored by you going out of your way to make me feel welcome. As a result of you going out of your way to accommodate me as a new tenant, I have remained loyal and have resided there for 6 years now. Whenever I've had an issue, albeit far and few between, you've always responded immediately and addressed whatever matter arose. As a result of your loyalty to my fellow tenants and I, I've always referred you to any friend or family member who's mentioned a need for a new place to live. Thank you for your loyalty and service Vanessa. You know what they say, what goes around, comes around. You have a whole lot of good coming your way.

My experiences with Los Angeles Property Management have been nothing short of outstanding. They were extremely accommodating while I was still searching for an apartment a couple years ago. The lockboxes that made units available for prospective tenants to view with flexibility - a really thoughtful touch. Now that I’ve been a tenant for awhile, things have been run much smoother than at any other place I’ve ever lived at - maintenance is always taken care of quickly and efficiently, and the employees always listen and help resolve any possible issues. The paperwork is always simple and straight-forward. I couldn’t ask for any more!
