The refrigerator I bought has a factory defect and I was told if I had any problems to call a number they gave me. They refuse to honor it now and give me a new one as I was informed on the day of purchase. The man who delivered and was trying to set it up said it had a factory defect and they should replace it. I have called the store all morning and they want to take a part off one in store and put on the one I bought. I want a new one, I paid for a completely new fridge not something off another one in the store. Resolution Sought I would like them to replace the fridge I bought with a new one since this is what I was told if I had any problems with the one I got.

I bought a Craftsman riding lawn mower 42 inch deck from Lowe's in Midwest City, Oklahoma on July 7th 2022 for roughly about $2,100 after discount military tax exempt and everything it came to be $1755. I used it one and a half times. Seeing that it couldn't cut in reverse, every time I started it it was backfiring on me, when you get up from the seat it cuts off every time even in neutral this lawn mower cuts off if nobody sitting on the seat it won't stay idling, not the weight I needed, turn is too wide and I wanted to get a zero turn. I try to take it back to the store they gave me a run around that it'd be used... warranties only good for 30 days in store, so I need to contact the manufacturer. I then called corporate they gave me the same running around so I'm never shopping at Lowe's again and I hope that they can get my situation taken care of where I can take this lawn mower back and go get me a zero turn. It hasn't been 60 days yet let alone 90 days. Home Depot honors 90 day in store return purchases no matter what. LOWES OS HORRIBLE WITH THEIR RETURN POLICIES. Resolution Sought Let me return my riding lawn mower and exchange it for the Craftsman zero turn riding lawn mower that's all I'm trying to do..
