The offer is solicited via seminars which are held at schools, college campuses or other public locations. According to the company, for a fee, they will enter a student profile into their database using ethnic background, grade level, course of study and other personel information to obtain a list of sources which the student would be qualified to apply for. State law provides a cooling off period which you may cancel contracts. The contract must be accompanied by a cancellation form. Cancellations must be postmarked by midnight of the third day after the contract was signed. We suggest sending your cancellation by certified mail to obtain proof of receipt.
