Maarco & Associates- Real company???

Picked up my 5 mth old vehicle after leaving for 2 weeks in a Avistar parking garage outside of O'Hare Airport & it was damaged. Sent claim to "Maarco & Assoc" 1 mth ago. Have called several times, no ans, left vm's. They won't call me back. Are they real or ripoff?
