report them and open investigation and report them as scammers the website looks legit but all of it is a scam

I bought a parrot for $ 500 and 150 for shipping and taxes, made payments through zelle because they didn't have a secured account to make a payment all zelle transfers were to different people parrot was sold with health certificate and fully vaccinated, and supposed to be delivered today they sent me the shipping ticket and the shipping company was a phony one with phony phone numbers I couldnt reach anybody but I received a text from another nombre that they had my parrot but I had to pay another $495.oo that customs was requiring I called customs at the airport they had no information about a parrot being transported by that company and that such company did not exist i called the supplier at Madi Parrots and their phone is disconnected they had changed the phone numbers three times and disconnect them I know I cannot get my money back but at least I want to report the company of Madison Parrot Breeders for being scammers
